I use Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques primarily for facilitating a sense of calm relaxation and ease throughout the more superficial layers of the body, such as the musculature and fascia. This can have profoundly beneficial effects on one’s state of mind, reduce stress, soothe anxiety and create a greater sense of ease. Afterwards one feels rejuvenated, whole and easy going.
